1. Services
Webadish provides website maintenance, security, and design services as described on our website.
2. Payment
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webadish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
5. Emergency recovery orders (online checkout)
These terms apply when you buy a recovery package through our online checkout. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
No recovery, no fee. If we are unable to remove the malware from your site and return it to a working, clean state, we will refund the full amount you paid. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally reach you within 14 days.
Scope. Each package covers the scope described at checkout. If, after assessment, the work needed falls materially outside that scope (for example more sites than ordered), we will tell you before doing it. You can then approve a revised quote or cancel for a full refund of any work not yet performed.
Reinfection warranty. If your site is reinfected within the warranty period shown for your package (30, 60 or 90 days from completion), we will clean it again at no extra charge.
Starting immediately and your right to cancel. If you are buying as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a service contract. Because a hacked site is urgent, you ask us at checkout to begin work immediately. If you then cancel before the work is complete, you must pay a proportionate amount for the work already done up to the point you told us you wished to cancel. Once the work has been fully performed, your right to cancel is lost.
Access and passwords. We will never ask you to email passwords. We will tell you how to share temporary access securely, and recommend you change those credentials once the work is finished.
